All were efficient and friendly ! Told me what services were do for my car w current mileage not pushy at all made me aware that battery was not holding a charge and could be undependable! I travel very early in the am for work battery was actually 6 years old !! gave me a discount for battery along w my $15.00 coupon for the oil change Appreciate the staff at the hikes point location. Been going to this location for many years Good group of people !! Appreciate them. And the fact that they are always friendly

While doing the tire rotation, a lug bolt sheared off. I was informed that "the nut was cross threaded" and sent on my way without any advice about how safe it would be to drive with a missing lug nut or any offer to either remedy the situation or advice on getting it fixed easily.I do not blame the staff for this - this is obviously a policy decision from above their station, as this sort of thing happens often enough that the company must have decided that this is how it was to be dealt with. If you are going to offer tire rotations, this outcome is always a possibility. It would be best not to leave customers driving off wondering if their car is safe to drive.
