I did NOT want my air filter checked. I told the person at my window. I looked up a few minutes later and the guy in training was unscrewing it. I asked why and was told well he's in training. They could NOT fix my car and I was told to call a tow and get it fixed and MAYBE they would reimburse me after they reviewed the footage. Really? My car was FINE when I went in. Obviously I DROVE IT THERE. They left me on the side of the road and did not care one bit that they screwed up my car. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE and will tell EVERYONE I know to not go to Valvoline. Not only did they mess up my car, they didn't care and never followed up. Oh and I still had to pay full price for my oil change. Awful customer service! Our family has 5 cars and Valvoline just lost 5 customers plus all the ones I can tell my story to. This is NOT how you run a business. I'm a pretty forgiving person. I realize things happen but to be treated like I was there is NO excuse to leave someone on the side of the road and drive off.
