I usually get the synthetic blend, however, I was told they were out of it and they could give me the full synthetic. However, there was no price match of the synthetic. So I was quoted a lot more than usual, and opted to only do conventional this time. I thought they should’ve have offferd the full synthetic at the normal synthetic price.

Do not trick me into buying a cabin air filter for 54.99, when I was under the impression it was a motor Air filter. If I had known the price prior to installation, I never would have purchased. Also, was Initaially told I could not use my veteran discount on top of a coupon I received in mail. Also was told I could not give mail in coupon to customer in vehicle next to me. All of which were acceptable at other locations. Kinda disappointed in experience in general. Had thoughts of spending no more than $80 when i showed up, ultimately cost me $119.
