Manager on duty was Jack. Has been there for 3 years. I always get my oil change done at Valvoline and he has helped me out more than once. He mentioned on my last visit that my brake fluid was low; should get it checked. Glad I did; was told by dealership that my brakes were a little "soft" and they recommended a line bleed which I did. Thank you Jack - this kept me safe as the dashboard would not have indicated this.

They pulled up my history To make sure I would get the same synthetic oil change and filter that I have in the past period Always they checked my fluids and topped off what was needed I greatly appreciate that. I talked to the manager at length, About Valvoline oil change and how I love coming here cause it saves me a trip from driving to Lexington. The staff was courteous.
