I requested an inspection sticker for my car. It does have a crack in the window, they took the money and did not explain to me till after. That with the crack they could not refund my money because she completed the inspection. Before she did the inspection, she looked at the window and said it had a crack. Why not tell me at this point that she could not certify window. Took my money, and I an disable, may not seem alot to you but I need every penny.

I explained to the female helping me to please ensure that they have the splash guard on correct, since moving to Shreveport it has came off 3 out of 4 time and twice being on a highway and it being a very scary situation, instead of listening to my concerns and actually telling the person below, she said two times in a row they always do that, it’s fine they always do that. She has not been on the side of the road in Dallas at 4 AM underneath the car by myself trying to fix it. Completely blew off my concern, which was very frustrating. Just based on that, I would probably never come back. The two gentlemen who helped actually change the oil were extremely helpful and nice and the communication between them was great.

They could have known what they were doing. •They took off parts of my vehicle that were not necessary to change the oil. •There were two individuals who asked me the same questions to get me started. •It took two employees to figure out how to get my oil filter off. •The actual oil fill was started by three different people but now finished. When the third finally started filling the oil he was not paying attention and literally squirted oil over the entire engine before cutting it off. I just had bought a brand new motor for my vehicle. You can’t just wipe it off. No solution was given. From below there was a large amount of oil that had to be drained from the skid plate…, they took it off. Experience is important, training is important. It seems like your staff had very little if any of the two. •I was there due 45 minutes. So much for a reasonable amount of time.
