I came to this location because the location on 70th did not have my oil filter in stock. When I arrived Brandon was rude, dismissive and overall unfriendly. I will not be returning to this location even if they are the only ones that have my oil filter. I’d rather wait than go there again.

My skid plate was missing 2 screws when arriving. I asked if they would replace and they stated they would. After leaving my car sounded like it was falling apart. Went to another location where they found that I was missing over 10 screws and replaced with what they had. So I left the first location missing more than I came in with. Highly disappointed

My experience was not bad based on employee interaction or customer service. Staff was great from start to finish. My only issue I have is I spent over $100 on an oil change that could have been done for less than $50 had I gone elsewhere. I did not know I was spending $120 prior to coming and honestly am not sure I'll continue to use valvoline when I can get the same work done for less than half the price. Had the cost not been what I'd say is gouged, I would have purchased other things from this establishment and brought my other vehicle in for work but the prices are a bit too high in this poor economy. Having to work 3 jobs 1 of which as a first responder making crumbs and ends barely meeting, I just simply can't afford to continue spending this much in the future.
