Although this go round the staff was younger and had issues figuring out how much oil my car needed, they eventually figured it out and that was fine with me. Besides that, everyone at this location is always cordial and friendly and professional and seem generally happy to be there overall. This is my goto spotto get my oil change for the past 10 years and so far I have always left happy. Please take care of this crew because they are a shining example of good customer service. The lady that was directing traffic into the service center was extremely rude. Every other word coming out of her mouth was a curse word. I’m assuming she was frustrated and upset because it was late and cars kept showing up. The stores hours were stated that they closed at 7. If you don’t want to work until closing change your shift. Everything about her was so unprofessional. Her customer service skills were absolutely horrible. She went to a car to a car to talk while other people were working. They needed her to stop talking and work. She was so unprofessional

I was told that my brake fluid was low and I have an oil and radiator leak. Checked my brake fluid after it was at normal levels. Just seems like every time I come there. I like the convenience of staying in the vehicle but it’s always a sales pitch or being told something is wrong with my car. I take it to my mechanic friend and nothing is wrong. No oil or radiator leaks. Like why try to put stuff in peoples heads that’s false. I have a couple family members that use you all at different locations and it’s the same thing. You have an oil leak but no oil leak.

Some slight miscommunication. I arrived into the next available bay and one of the employees asked me to move and allow a car from another bay to have that spot. While backing up another car arrived and took my spot and he ended up going first. But the guys were really nice about it.

The mechancs stopped my service halfway through and walked away never to be seen again. They may have gone on break without transferring me to another person. After appoximately 10 to 15 minutes of no service I finally had to leave my car to find out what had happened. The staff were no at all appologetic apologetic but did finally resume my service. I am currently looking for another grou[p who can handle a simple oil change with oiut pressuringh me to purchase a new air filter when mine ws perfectly okay.
