I was in the bay more than 20 min. I would appreciate if they explained what was happening while it was happening. For example, "we're getting that oil drained down below, once that's done we'll get you filled up with 6 qt of synthetic. " I also am not happy about the charge for a full quart of "extra" oil when it's not a full quart extra that's needed.
