I have only used your service for the last 2 years. My car had began to feel different so I carried it for an overall inspection. My car was leaking oil from the place where the oil filter goes. I carried it to Valvoline once I found out what the issue was. They denied it being their fault so I said okay give me an oil change and if will fix the issue. They told me they could no it give me an oil change because they did not have the oil. I left to get an oil change somewhere else. When the cap was taken off to replace the filter it was not in place and the ring that is suppose to be replace every visit had not been. It leaked so much oil into the alternator an on the serpentine belt that the belt came off while driving and had to be replaced. I had to have the engine cleaned.
