Called prior to visit to verify the available service based on my car 2018 Dodge Challenger GT AWD. Was told they could service the front and rear differencials and the transfer case. Arrived, requested the service, next thing I know they are giving me the bill which was $100 less then it should have been. I asked why. And for the first time was told they could not service the Transfer case as they didn't have the proper fluid for it. All though I appreciate the honesty, this should have been told to me on the phone when I called or at the very least prior to completing the other work. This is now causing me to have to go somewhere else and pay a premium for a single service. Time and money!! I should have had the option to go to an alternate place and get all three services at once!!

They got me in and completely rushed through the service. The young man completing my oil change was being yelled at by a man below him telling him he shouldn’t be doing that.. he was using the oil evacuation. When yelled at he then stopped. He fumbled with the filter cover. I don’t even know if he got it on right. No one checked my blinkers and my tires were never filled and they needed air. I had to stop somewhere else to fill them. I left feeling like I don’t even know if my oil got changed correctly.

From the time I pulled into the garage from the time I left was at least 30 minutes. I didn't get much explanation as to why it took so long, just that it won't be much longer. Not sure if they were short staffed or not, but there was plenty of people up stairs that the manager had to say something for them to help him. So one person probably could of been spared to work under the cars if they were short staff.

Seemed to just take longer than previous times. It was busy which was understandable. But, I got moved to a different bay while waiting to help speed up and get me in to start sooner. And it took roughly 25 minutes longer. Cause the line I moved out of went a lot faster. The car that was originally behind me in line was in that bay for l, like I stated, roughly 25 minutes. Normally it's not bad, was just frustrating that that happened whilst in line.
