The only reason I went to Valvoline is convenience. I needed an oil change fast. There were like 6 people "working" or rather having personal conversations in front of customers. With your outrageous pricing, I can see how you can pay people to sit around.

Was very disappointed in the service. My tire pressure was never checked or filled. The oil service indicator light I was never told how to reset. These two things were especially upsetting because I had told the CSR that I've been to this Valvoline many times but this was a new car. So for those reasons it would have been nice to know how to reset the oil light. Also just coming out of winter all the tires were reading different amounts of pressure and the low tire light was on. I'm ok with services not being completed but the frustrating part is when the invoice states these items were completed and you know they were not. I've enjoyed going to this Valvoline for many years. But yesterdays has lend me to now have find new quick lube as I have lost confident in the staff
