I was there to get my oil changed on 4/12 then on 4/15 something happened to my vehicle one screw missing the bottom of my my vehicle some kind of plates that protect the bottom of my car I missed work and had to go back and let the look at it first they want me to drive without it. but I said no they are responsible for the damage so they had to order the parts it’s been a week now I haven’t heard anything from them yet I am disappointed because I’m don’t feel confident to drive my vehicle anymore.
