Second time taking this vehicle here. First trip, no problems. Second, the oil change was completed quickly with no issues. I did purchase a in cabin air filter. I agreed to the replacement knowing that they were only $15 to $20 on amazon. I knew I would pay a premium but didn't thing it would be $30 to $40 above cost to over $50. The technician didn't tell me the price ahead of time. When I brought up my concern, they appologized for not giving me the pricing ahead of time and knocked $10 off. Still way above what your cost are. My problem isn't with the tech. He was fine. It's with your pricing policies and how everything seems to be a surprise at the end. Make your pricing clear and upfront.

I was informed the air pressure in the tires would be checked as well as all fluid levels. The windshield washer fluid indicator came on a couple days later, despite not having used it previously. Also, my tire pressure was not checked and tied were not filled to 32. I checked them after leaving the business, at the gas station.

At first the staff wasn’t certain they could change a headlight bulb, but after letting them know the last time it was changed, the worker went through the wheel well, they proceeded to change the bulb without any problems.
