What I really like about this location is how they act professional to me. They also were able to set the tires to what I would like them at and I wanted them to skip some parts of the check, even though they were included, I just would rather not because I know some part of my car there needing fixing. But CSR Rober, was very nice and helpful. Topside Jack was great too. Justin on the bottomside must have been quick becuase I was in and out in less than 20. Another thing I liked was someone else from there when I was in line greeted me and asked what I was there for and gave me a good ETA time till it was my turn. This Apple Valley location is really great. The one in IGH off 55th is run by immature kids basically. Here is what I value the most. They were honest with me, and they have a lot of corprate rules it seems they have to follow, but they were able to help me and give me the service I wanted and requested. Straight to the point, no frills, professional, happy, and quick. I will be going to this location as long as my work is just down the road. Thank you. - Travis
