Shane was rude the moment I pulled into the parking lot. He asked me to move to the other stall (that is completely exceptable) I waited about 10 minutes then another vehicle pulled in beside me. After waiting about 10 more minutes Shane came up to me and said the vehicle in front of you is going to be about another minute is all. I know you were here first but I really don’t want to have to move you guys around. Is that ok with you. I said as long as it’s going to be a minute or two. 10 minutes later I am finally pulling into the bay. The part that upsets me was the previous Friday I was at the same Valvoline. They made me switch bays with another car that had pulled into the parking lot seconds before me. I ended up having to leave that Friday for another appointment. I waited 20 minutes that day but had to leave due to an appointment. Shanes attitude needs improvement for sure. I work in customer service also. I know some days can be trying. However, he was rude from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. Treat all customers the same. I have went to Valvoline for many oil changes but he ruined it for me.

I pulled up with a couple of minutes until closing time. Taking my vehicle in would mean they would have to work late on a Friday. The staff welcomed my vehicle with open arms, and never once made me feel like we were a burden. They were very quick and efficient in the oil change and were friendly the entire time!
