To start, they were late opening. When I finally pulled in, I told the person at my vehicle that I had a quart of oil additive to put in. I told him that the quart of additive would replace a quart of oil. He acknowledged my comment and started. They kept looking under the front of my truck with no explanation as to why. They finally finished with the oil change. I noticed they did not check the tire pressure. I was handed the invoice and a sticker. I was in a hurry and did not look at the invoice, not that it would have done any good. When I checked the invoice, I noticed they charged me for an extra quart of oil. I had told them not to as the quart of additive would offset the extra oil. I guess that is what happens when you deal with people who don't care.

Then the card machine was not working as it kept saying I had a bad pin which it was not.. the mileage sticker for my next visit was incorrect, so that had to be redone. And then the printer was not working so I could not get a receipt.. so I must’ve been there for 20 to 30 minutes which I did not plan on.
