I first went to the location at 5390 Samet Drive, High Point, NC 27265-- upon arriving and being greeted I was told they did not have the parts needed and suggested I go to the location where I did receive some level of service. The process was not at all quick and I had to ask for the tires to be checked three times, before any one did. Also no one checked the brake fluid level, and left other items unchecked as shown on my receipt page. The oil service light was not reset, my husband took care of that after he got home from work. So it was incorrectly reported. Also the technician under the hood dropped a wrench or something three times and shouted profanities as well. He denied it, and then did say it was him after I told him I heard what was said. Overall it took nearly 60 minutes from the first location to the final completion and there was not one person who commented thanks you or sorry for your delay is getting the work complete. Also used a coupon for $15 off, but never offered to do anything more even though I made the trip to the second location and used my time of nearly 60 minutes total.
