I always go to this valvoline and I am always satisfied there. Normally everyone is pleasant & thorough so I was quite taken aback by this visit. I was last car to be done before closing & the staff wasn’t happy & made it clear. I said I’m sorry it’s late I’m sure you’re ready to go home & the guy at the desk said “yea we are” no smile or nothing. Oil change was rushed so fast that they didn’t even do all the checks that they normally do and I actually wondered if they even did it right. I was really disappointed with this visit. Very uncomfortable & unacceptable

The person that was assisting with processing the service was a bit pushy about the recommended services. I had asked how they came to the conclusion that I had needed a full tune up, but he insisted on trying to explain why it is crucial to change transmission fluid, power steering fluid, etc.
