When I got there to get the oil changed! After I was told to come back, that day by a supervisor. I was told by another supervisor. That they were not doing any. NYS inspection. And after I said I was told to come back on that day. That’s only reason I got it done. The communication is horrible with staff. And the back and forth with the 2 supervisors, very unprofessional. One was doing a talking and the other one just stayed quiet…

Quick and fast I don't have the time to do it myself these days so it's nice to have a quality place that can do it. One thing though is I thought full synthetic oil was good for 5000 miles but it always says change it every 3000 miles the reason I use full synthetic is so I don't have to bring the truck in so often.
