I had an oil change and car inspection. The oil change was fine, but the inspection was not done. no one told me that they failed it because it had a "fuel leak". I took it to Maguire Ford and they said there was not fuel leak and nothing was wrong with my car and they gave me an inspection sticker. I also put a piece of cardboard under my car and found no such leak either. I have been coming to this Valvoline oil change place in Canandaigua for about 25 years. I have always had to wait in a long line to get service but on Monday there were only two cars there. I fear that you are loosing business because service is not being performed. Please look into this.
