He let me take my dog into the waiting area with the ac while he completed my oil change. He even fixed my maintenance required light without my asking. He was efficient and thoughtful. Told me it would be at my expense because they didn't believe it was anything they did. After we got it all figures out I drove away and the newly installed wiper blade flew off my car. I swore to never go back to valvoline. I tried this one and it was a very professional and pleasant visit. The girl who helped me was very knowledgable and curteous. The employees who worked on my car only presented me with one option of oil. After I explained to them that I wanted regular oil instead of synthetic for my car (yes I did my research and I can put non-synthetic in my car) he told me he wasn't "comfortable" putting it in my car because it's not recommended. They estimated my total at 60-70 and I ended up paying 84$. I had two lights out (side marker, and license plate) that went undetected. Instead of looking up the amount of oil for my car they just asked me if I knew and took my word for it. Same with my tires. They didn't look inside the door jam to check my tire pressure they asked me and immediately filled the tire to what I believed was the right amount. I was very unpleased with my experience and will NOT come back.

I stopped at the Valvoline to see if they could help me, and the young people working there were terrific. They explained what was probably happening in a polite, easy-to-understand-way, filled the tire with air, and didn't charge me anything! Then when I had to go back because the warning light went off again, they couldn't have been nicer and were very professional! Maybe the pressures were adjusted accordingly, knowing that the rear tires will be ending up fornt and and the front tires in the back after rotation? This is highly unlikely, because the decision to rotate tires was made after the initial pressure check.

I had a great experience at the Manlius Valvoline. Jared the gentleman at the window helped me out and answered all my questions. He also introduced the team at the beginning of the service so my and my wife could get to know them better. Jen the manager came over and talked to me and my wife which I thought was nice, she also had a brief talk with my 2 year old daughter as well! Everyone was great fast and reliable. Ps that fellow Tim did a great job guiding me out and told me to have a fantastic day and be safe. All Valvolines should train at the Manlius store, they know what their doing :)

All the staff are pleasant and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working just fine before you leave. I go to the one in Manlius, NY. I feel bad for them because theyare so cold in the winter time. The boots that are supplied to the women are not even warm. I think something should be done about making these Valvoline stores warm enough for the workers in the winter and cool enough in the summer!It is unacceptable to have to work in these conditions.

Because I truly needed the oil change, I opted to wait behind another car for service. When I got into the bay, FOUR, yes, FOUR people worked on my car as all other cars had been serviced. Everyone was very pleasant and wished me "safe driving."Unless I have other car work to be done by my mechanic, I always go to Valvoline for an oil change. Thank you!

I usually do not like having my car serviced. I badly needed new wiper blades and knew I was due for an oil change. I went to Valvoline without an appointment and was taken in immediately. I started to get out of my car and a very friendly girl told me that I could stay right in my car and it would be only about 12 minutes. They checked my lights, tires, etc., changed some filters and the oil and replaced my wiper blades in less than 15 minutes. No stress, no hassle. Thank you

I am having difficulty with my tires in this very cold winter. Every time the temperature drops below zero, the indicator light on my dashboard comes on to tell me that a tire has dangerously low pressure. I have gone to Valvoline once a week for 3 or 4 weeks to have my tires checked. EVERY TIME, both in the Manlius NY location and the Fayetteville, NY location, the people working there are outstandingly thoughtful, courteous, friendly and helpful. I feel guilty that I have had to take advantage of the tire check service, but each and every time I go there, they treat me like I'm family and that they worry for my safety. I wish I knew the managers names in the manlius shop, but there are two of them and both have been just super to deal with. Kudos to your company for such great employees.

I choose Valvoline due to the value I feel I receive and the customer service. I have never had a bad experience and this was no exception. From the minute I pulled in, both staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. They kept me informed through every step of the process. Additionally, they seemed to to get along really well - they had a great working relationship and in turn, that helped me to enjoy my time there.I will absolutely visit this location in the future and encourage others to do so as well!Thank you for exceeding my already high expectations!

Jennifer the Manager and her employee Bruce were very good. They got me right in and out with out any problems. They were both very nice and polite. I tell everyone I know with a vehicle to go there. It is a little expensive but worth every penny. Jennifer is the best Manager you have had there she does her job well follows all rule and regulations to the T. Wish they had a Manager like her at every valvoline.
