I had my headphones stolen by your staff at the location on route 300 in newburgh by. I had a pair of Beats Pro headphones in a small black case and they are missing from my car I didn’t realize for several hours after the service was complete. My number is (845) 874-7340 I expect a call from someone in upper management with the ability to rectify this violation of personal property and to terminate the offender pending an investigation of the facts of the case the service occurred at approximately 10:11am on 4/28/2024.Invoice number from service is 367018

The staff is nice and I appreciate that. However the price hike is absurd. Just literally no justification for the crazy level of price increases. Got charged for some random plug that I was not shown. Having the car serviced regularly makes me inclined to not believe it was necessary. It's also annoying that you send coupons for after the service was completed. Not very helpful. I've always liked going there and I've often recommended to friends but I feel better served at a better price at Jiffy Lube.

I had 2 visits to your Newburgh shop; oil change, then the next week NYS inspection. These were the first time I didn’t go to the Subaru dealership, and I couldn’t be happier! Both the oil filter and the cabin filters were extremely dirty, they should have been changed at Subaru and weren’t. Your mechanic showed both to me, I’m experienced in how they should look and when they should be changed. He was spot on with all his info.I was extremely pleased. The next week my NYS inspection was done and I was equally pleased with the manager and the info I was given verbally and on the invoices.
