I came in for an oil change and took my two sons with me. The staff was very courteous and efficient, and the boys liked seeing the guy under the car in the pit next to us. On the way out the staff guy told us to have a good one and thanks, and I think he really meant it rather than it being just something he was paid to say.

I got my oil change shortly after this shop opened and the shop already looked like they were in a retched mood, which they always do. Irv perpetually looks angry or upset, to the point where it's off-putting and I dread going. I've been loyal to this location for years but will be taking my business to Hoffman Jiffylube down the road from now on as the savings are non-existent and the staff is miserable. The only person who was relatively personable was the gentleman that cashed me out, and he wasn't exactly a ray of sunshine. My vehicle takes 0w20 full synthetic, nobody communicated with me that this location was out of this product and that they'd be using 5w30 instead, I happen to notice the tech use multiple oil dispensers in my vehicle, so I had to follow up and ask why. Upon googling if this is okay I see this should only be done in a pinch, and to make sure that the next oil change is definitely 0w20. Now if I came back to this location and I hadn't noticed, I could've potentially gotten the 5w30 again. The associate that did my intake was also rude when I asked for an inspection, as if I was supposed to know they were only done by appointment. Never again, Valvoline, never
