I originally came in for an oil change. They did inspections on other items and fluids, which was great, my antifreeze was low, not only in the reserve, but in the radiator instead of just filling it up, they did highly recommend to replace the antifreeze. I thought the price was a little high And I wish they would’ve offered me a discount for the additional service number two as the antifreeze was being installed. I asked the rep when does the antifreeze normally get changed on my vehicle when he looked it up he told me 150,000 miles and my vehicle only had 116 so it seems like I had at least , 30% more life or 30,000+ extra miles before the “” recommended changes so all to say that I believe that the antifreeze should’ve been filled instead of replaced, and I thought that the price of the antifreeze service was on the higher side

I always use valvoline. Will continue to go back. My air filter was pulled. It was dirty. Why was it dirty. There was a mouse nest in my air box. Wish they inspected a little further so I knew that. I bought a filter from the store later on after my oil change. Went to change it and wow no wonder I was getting horrible gas mileage. Vacuumed the nest out. Replaced the filter. On my way.

All the staff I encountered while sitting in my car were friendly. Evans was particularly delightful and engaging as he assisted. Also a shout out to Cliff, David in the pit and I think it was Jamalah in the other pit. We bring a fleet of vehicles to Valvoline and this time particularly, it was 'not just a business' transaction. The guys really appeared happy which is more and more of a challenge to find in business and customer service.
