I do not understand why it says I was dissatisfied with anything! Went back through twice and I had nothing but satisfied answers. If I could , I’d give even better ratings. I was so pleased with the short wait and friendly professional service!I pray not to many people see this just because I asked their names so I could put it in my review..I remember the guy who logged everything in and even changed my rear high light his name was Ron..however , the gentleman doing the change I sadly forgot his name..all I can do is describe him and hope he gets the compliment as well..he was skinny and African American..hopefully no offense will be taken but I really want them both to her the kudos because they were so professional and nice and helpful.i had 1000 questions , they answered them all took there time and made sure I understood everything with smiles. I have told so many people about this company and service like this gentleman gave is why. To the gentleman I had to describe..I am so sorry hopefully it makes you laugh. To the trainer and company..awesome job!! I love you guys and have a big mouth! Maybe you guys could workshop giving referral perks because I’ve told so many people!

Everyone that works at this location is so incredibly friendly and helpful. When I was asked about my cabin air filter I told the guy I thought they had replaced it last time, he saw on the screen that we wanted to buy they didn’t have any in stock that day, and that had totally slipped my mind so he asked if he could check to make sure it was ok…it was FILTHY!! They replaced it quick and easy and when I mentioned that maybe the leaves in there were what had been causing a high pitched noise when my floor vents were on the guy re-opened everything and went back in to check there weren’t any more leaves in there. Thanks so much for always going above and beyond! Oh, forgot to mention the conversations had while my oil is being changed are always comical and I typically leave the shop giggling (which is rare because I HATE getting my oil changed…or at least I did until I found this shop!)

I was told that a new interior car filter was $50. Then I was told that if I were to purchase at an auto supply store it would be at least $40. That is VERY false. I came home and looked it up. They range from $10-15, a far cry from $40. I don't know if I'll return and I definitely will not have any extra service done.
