There was a problem with oil plug that occurred on my last visit had to come back due to low oil pressure to find out they stripped the treads out of the oil pan. Now they say call corporate to get it fixed properly

I had a coupon for 20% off the entire invoice that they refused to honor because I supplied the oil. My issue is that whenever I bring one of our vehicles in for service, I never have an issue using this coupon. However, every single time my fiancée tries to do the same (as in this case), even at the same location, they deny her and don’t allow her to use the coupon. This is now the third time this has happened so I am curious why I never have this issue but she always gets denied - thank you.

They went beyond high pressure trying to sell me parts. They tried to put a new air filter in without asking tried to put a fuel injection cleaning on my bill without asking and she got into my vehicle and went into my glove box and said she was looking for the fresh air filter without asking. All of this was very inappropriate
