This happened once before at a different location, and I thought it was a fluke, but it happened again – shortly after coming in for an oil change, the tire pressure sensor on my car lit up.Before coming in, my tires were all well above 25 PSI. I told the tech they should be at 32 and he filled them up – but after leaving and driving for a bit, the tire pressure sensor light came on and when I checked both back tires were below 20 PSI. I was traveling in an unfamiliar area, and this was HIGHLY inconvenient, scary, and unpleasant. I don't know much about cars, but I've filled my tires up with air many times and I have NEVER had an issue – not sure what these techs are being taught, or not taught I imagine, but the fact that more than once they have literally let the air out of my tires and sent me off with a smile is genuinely infuriating. I will not be coming back to this location again, nor ANY OTHERS unless I absolutely need to.Do better.

I needed a charge. The employee didn't know how to do it. No one else working in the shop knows the procedure. Employee called Manager to "walk Him through" the procedure. Once done, he wasn't sure it had worked. Tested the air temp with His hand and said He thought it was "cooler". I didn't think so... He charged me anyway.

I was able to pull right into the bay. They checked my cabin air filter and showed me how dirty it was and recommended a replacement filter and installed it. They wiped off my hood and front of car when oil change was completed. They were very friendly and there was no high pressure to purchase additional items.
