The rep I had barely spoke .. though I have been in customer service and understand not everyone has a good day, but ya can pretend and put on a fake smile, or at least try.. asked what I came in for, but then tried correcting me in past transactions... Plus when they say they check my battery but then don't.. or don't even wait for me to ask about resetting my indicator for my oil (I know I can look it up, and did) before I'm getting rushed out this time when it wasn't all that busy.. kinda disappointed with this trip here.

Had the windshield wipers replaced, and now the spindle that holds the arm(drivers side) is broken, took car back on 04/15/2024 and they told me to they watched the video of when the service was done, and didn't think they were the ones who broke it. But they also told me to take the car and have the item fixed and they would reimburse me for the cost, so we will see what happens.
