I was greeted out front by a young man who directed me which lane to go in, then said it would only be a few minutes wait. He was very nice. Then the man at the window who worked with me was very courteous as well. He recommended cabin air filter which I declined, then another engine filter which I did approve. Overall experience was so quick and thorough. Very pleased as usual with this Maumee location and it's staff.

It seemed like the staff didn’t care about how they took things apart or put things back together. When I got home I popped the hood and had to reassemble my intake air box and insert my oil dipstick all the way back in. Vehical been running funny ever since. I don’t get it?

Charles had a great sense of humor, which is always appreciated by me (because I just so happen to be pretty funny, myself!) Haha! Tony was very nice as well! This was the first time I had to exit my vehicle while the tires were rotated. I have a hard time getting in and out of my vehicle. They brought my car around the building for me which was nice of them, but hit a bad pot hole while doing that.
