Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ultimately they couldn't get the oil filter unscrewed so they couldn't finish the oil change. They refunded me my money and I was pleased about that. The man who changed my interior air filter was super nice. There's just one thing. I'm 63 years old and he referred to me as "young lady." He seems like such a nice guy, I'm sure he was just trying to be friendly. I just feel like I'm being talked down to when men call me "young lady." We both know I'm not young. It just feels patronizing. I'm absolutely sure that he didn't mean any harm by it; I just personally hate it when men (and it's always, always men) do that to me.
