Preston and Roy were very friendly and explained every step of the process and why they have to do what they do. Even though I didn't know what the heck my oil was supposed to look like they showed me and explained the levels and clarity to me. I would recommend this location to anyone. Especially these two gentlemen. They were fast, efficient, and extra friendly. They were absolutely the best of the best. They deserve a raise and better air conditioning.. it seemed a little hot in there for them, poor guys. They didn't complain though and still did an absolutely wonderful job!

On the invoice they said that they checked the battery and they checked the tire pressure but they did not. I had them check the tire pressure and they added air so that’s good. I never asked them to check the battery, but if they lied on that what else did they lie about?

Had some guy come up to my window and get annoyed when I didn’t instantly roll my window down when I was waiting for the car in front of me to get their oil service doneThen, when I was pulling in the person who was instructing me on which way to go, was very rude about which way I needed to turn my wheels, when I already was kept huffing and puffing, and while I was pulling in, he kept telling me to go left there was no more left to go to the point where I could hear my tires scratching up against the bottom metal bars of the pitThen, when I let them know, I had already popped my trunk, but it was finicky that you had a pop it open. They kept yelling at me, telling me to pop my hood open. When I mentioned to them again it was popped open. You just had a jimmy it open Again they roll their eyes and huff and puffed

The only thing I don't like is the way they take off my air filter box by hitting it which can break the box on my truck you have to unscrew the hose clamp and pull it off and then tilt the cover up and then pull it off and it goes back on the same way.
