I called to see if there were a lot of cars waiting and they said they were no longer able to give that number. I live 5 minutes away so would have appreciated a little help there. I got there and there were 7 cars waiting. I wated 40 minutes to get in. that was not necessary. I know it is first come first serve but not all hours of the day are that busy.

The service was extremely slow. They did not reattach all the bolts to my skid plate, I now have to go buy another bolt, there is a potential they cross threaded the bolt as well and didn't mention anything to me. They removed the oil very differently than they usually do and there was no communication on the decision or change.

It was overall just fine. After I got home I noticed a bit of oil on the driver's side door. It may have happened when the tech showed me the level of oil on the dipstick. Not a big problem. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and I was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.

- I was there for close to 1 1/2 hours. It took about 30 minutes per car, for the 2 cars before me.- I confess at 62 y/o my hearing has been better, but I had to ask the guy to repeat everything 2 to 3 times. I shouldn't have to ask somebody to repeat 3 times "Turn on your engine"!. There was no effort to articulate and speak clearly. - black greasy palms and fingerprints on both fenders. My car is white. I got pictures.- Windshield reservoir cap left open. I'm not even sure they filled it up. Not a big deal, but when your job consists of checking and filling up reservoirs, the least you can do is to put the cap back on.I'm not somebody to complain, especially for an oil change, but that was a really bad experience. I'll definitely go bad to my regular place.
