Had Honda and Tahoe in for oil changes. Other services recommended. Brought back the Tahoe for recommended things… different staff said those services not needed… hmm… I was told serpentine belt 20o.oo but next day staff said belt looks perfect! Then I wanted transmission fluid… pull in and they said can’t do it cuz no drain on bottom… five mins later we can do it then mechanic called someone for assistance on PHONE. Offered 10.00 off oil change for Honda but not Tahoe 15 mins before. You can tell who mechanics are. The rest of kids are green n clueless … very obvious

I love going here and I go often but I was very disappointed about the oil leak I saw after getting a new tire that same day. I went to Mavis discount tire the same day and they asked if I just got my oil changed and I said yes why, and then they showed me the oil that was dripping out underneath my car from my oil change. I was very disappointed about this because I always come here but now Im debating about now returning with my cats because I always pay and never complain about the price but I feel my money just went down the drain this time. I'm sorry to complain but this really upset me.

Brandon and Eric interacted with me the entire visit! I am sad I was only visiting the area because if I lived there, this would be my first and only choice of oil changes! Comparing this service with a Valvoline near me is night and day. In fact, I don’t use the franchise nearest me anymore because of their history (and they broke my a/c by overfilling it) These gentlemen have restored my faith in Valvoline. While I won’t return to my local one, if I ever need an oil change and I’m in their vicinity, I’m stopping!
