I had an oil change and my AC charged. My technician, Eliud Monet was very efficient and knowledgeable. One other man...John, whose last name I don't know, worked very well together. Both of these men were a pleasure to work with and instill confidence receiving this service! I had an issue with the AC which Eliud clearly and correctly identified. Two men like them will definitely bring me back. Customers will always complain when things don't go well, but aren't as motivated when things go well.Great asset!

We stopped at this location because our service engine light came on while we were driving from our house in Lancaster to Pittsburgh. We stopped at an auto zone and their code said we had low oil pressure. I had just had my oil changed the day before in Lancaster. When the staff checked our oil level they said a quart and a half had leaked out. They found oil leaking from the underneath the car. Chris, the assistant manager called corporate and started a claim since the last oil change was not completed correctly and the plug under the car was not replaced correctly. Chris gave me a claim number and they completed another oil change. Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us in this situation.

My protective cover underneath my vehicle was not put back on properly or secured when finished with my oil change. The cover ended up falling off to the ground when in transit. I had to go underneath my vehicle and unscrew the remaining screws to make it to work. This could of been worse and caused an accident, fortunately it didn’t.
