My vehicle ended up needing another oil change less than 24 hours later due to poor work done here. I had broken screws, a missing oil shield and my filter was put on incorrectly. This resulted in my car heavily leaking oil. I was told that since I didn't drive my oilers car back 45 mins to the shop that I could not be refunded. Even though honda throughly documented everything for me . I spoke with customer care and the manager and was not refunded

I requested a standard oil change and was told I needed a full synthetic because I had full synthetic last time and its bad to go back, I asked when i supposedly had the full synth, they said “at 97,000 miles, when you had your inspection” , I ended up getting the full synth, when I got home and checked my service records I found out that I did not have a full synth at 97,000, but a standard conventional oil change. The technician lied to me and made it seem like the much more expensive full synth was my only option. I will never return. Your employees lie and use dishonest high pressure tactics to sell you things that are not required and are not needed.
