The service manager,Eliud, greeted us very kindly, he walked us through every step he was taking while inspecting the car, he performed the oil change quickly, he instructed the staff he was working with with professionalism and kindness, he informed us of recommendations and why they were recommended as well as the costs for each service. After years of service at Valvoline and multiple cars. Your associate charged my wife $20 for and oil pan plug that has always been included. Even as recently as three weeks ago with another vehicle. I can purchase 4 caps for $10 and you guys charged $20 for one. That is a scam. $70 oil change and now charging for the cap. Trying to tell me it was leaking. My truck is in excellent shape. I would notice oil leaks on my garage floor. Not a single drip or spot on my garage floor. No evidence that even the oring was damaged. Replace the plug put it on my bill and then charged me for it didn't even provide it to me as an option.
