The service was great. The issue is that it is very over priced. The oil and filter was 20 dollars higher than what it should have been. The whole price with labor is worth no more than 60 dollars total. Looks like I will have to go back to doing it myself.

Came in from a previous visit because of a new oil leak. Was told that the problem was fixed, wasn’t. The visit on the 10 again complained about the oil leak was told it was nothing they did. Took the truck to my mechanic and they found a rag that had been left in there was saturated with oil and was causing the leak. Hard to believe no one saw that on 2 visits.

One guy was acting very rush rush and wasn't the typical friendly service I'm used to getting. I never saw anyone putting the oil in my car actually and then they never came over like normal to show me the dipstick and that it was full. Nor did he ask me what kind of oil I wanted to put in my car. I asked him what they were using and he said something really quick that I didn't catch. I went home and checked the dipstick to make sure there was actually oil in the car before I went on my road trip. There used to be a great friendly crew in there that knew how to interact with guests. I'm not a fan of some of this new crew there. It's close to my house so I go for convenience but have always liked interacting with the technicians. This time was not like that at all.
