On the car in front of me the tech went wondering around the shop several times for no apparent reason other than to visit other workers. All the car needed was a tire rotation. It took over an hour to get accomplished. That tech was replaced by Vinny. Vinny had excellent customer service knowledge. Apologies were given and my experience once in the service bay were excellent. Vinny saved the day and is the reason I will be back.
