Dan, David, and Darrius went above and beyond to help. I went in right before Dan was scheduled to be off and he stayed to make sure my car was taken care of. The whole crew went out of their way to call around different auto stores to get the parts for my car and Darius drove al the way to a Madison store to get them. Unfortunately the stores kept giving them the wrong parts but Dan constantly communicated with me to let me know what was going on! The crew was courteous and concerned and made sure everything was done correctly. David was courteous enough to give us a ride home and Dan made sure the auto parts store ordered the exact parts for my car so it would be ready the next day. I picked up my car today and it sounds and runs good as new. I had my front brake pads/rotors replaced and will definitely return for future services. I greatly appreciate you all! Christaine

The young man that greeted me upon arrival and the manager were great! Friendly, kept me informed of how things were going, and engaged well. The remainder of the crew never acknowledged me, even though they were “checking fluid levels” and adding the oil. There were 3 workers just standing in front of my car and talking with each other. Manager had to ask twice for one of them to put the oil in my car. One asked if I wanted the air in my tires checked! And no one checked my lights/turn signals. Sloppy service this time.

Appel, one of the employees, made loud obnoxious sounds Insinuating that I was stupid for not choosing to replace the air filter. Eventually I changed my mind and replaced it.
