The whole thing seemed rushed, the employee doing my services apparently was going to be off soon and his boss was on his back about his off time. The whole time I was there it didn't feel that it was the same quality or care that I normally would see at any Valvoline. The thing that really put me off is that he wasn't checking the fluids and filters like the others do, he was too busy talking with his manager. After completing the oil service, he came to get my payment. I asked him about my air filter and changing it. He said it looked fine and that I didn't need it, and told me to save my money. The fact that I know and saw that he didn't check it concerns me about service quality and honesty of your workers. When the filter is checked, they always show it to the driver to confirm- just like when the oil change is done they show the dip stick. This was not done! The filter needed to be changed, I knew this because it had not been changed in quite some time. When I got home I verified my thoughts, the filter was dirty and full of debrie and needed changing.

THE LADY WHO CHECKED ME IN WAS RUDE RIGHT OFF THE BAT AS SOON AS I TOLD HER I HAD A GROUPON COUPON FOR THE OIL CHANGE SHE TYPED IN MY INFORMATION SCANED MY COUPON AND THEN TOLD ME I OWED 9.00 DIFFERANCE SHE TOOK MY CARD AND NEVER SAID ANOTHER WORD TO ME AND DISSAPERED THEY NEVER CHECKED MY AIR FILTER DID NOT TOP OFF MY WIPER FLUID DID NOT CHECK TIRE PREASSURES AND DIDNT CHECK ANY OTHER ITEMS JUST DRAINED THE OIL AND PUT IN NEW OIL IM REALLY HOPING THEY AT LEAST PUT A NEW OIL FILTER ON BUT AT THIS POINT IM NOT SURE THAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST COMPLETRLY UNACCEPTABLE I WILL NEVER USE ANY VALVOLINE OIL CHANGE PLACE EVER
