The young man that I encountered at the beginning that was discussing the service that I was going to get explain to me that previously I had the synthetic oil and I didn't recall getting the synthetic oil treatment since my car has low mileage but I don't know which car I got it on so it might have been a high mileage car I decided to go this time with the regular oil change then at the end after I pulled away I remembered that my maintenance required light was on and I backed up and one of the employees came running over to me to ask me and what I needed and he was smiling and he I told him about the maintenance light and he got in the driver's seat and turned it off for me I didn't know if it would turn off by itself or not so I just asked him about it and he turned it off the explanation that I gave for the price is just a general comment trying to say that everything nowadays is high price for the value that we get and so I wasn't just picking on you I feel that way about it everything we buy nowadays you probably feel the same way

Watched a young lady use a drill screwdriver trying to remove the screws from my air box. You can tell when they are striping but she never let up and never got the top off. When I asked how the air filter looked they told me fine. How could that be if she never removed it. Then when I pulled out my check engine light was on. She left something unplugged and they had to come out with the computer to clear the codes.

When I started bringing my car here I was working on that side of town. I have since retired and I go out of my way just to go to this Valvoline!! The guys are SO NICE and respectful!! As a woman, there are not many places you can take your car to be worked on and feel comfortable knowing you are not going to be ripped off!
