Highly satisfied with the person working with me. No complaints, he was friendly and informative. This is a new vehicle less than 2400 miles so nothing was needed. He did ask if the wipers were ok and informed me the tires were overinflated and he corrected the problem. I would do business here again. He did offer an initial greeting and just can’t remember what it was lol. No complaints and was happy with the service

I pulled up and was told to move to end stall, after that I waited outside the bay for over 25 min. all the while cars came in the other 2 bays, i waited without anyone coming to tell U s how much longer it would be and after 25 min. I drove away, We used Valvoline store in pigeon forge and had GREAT service and will drive there again for all futter oil changes on both Our vehicles , again the wait on Ashville hwy was not good

Any time I get my oil changed I go to this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The service is always incredible and all the guys are really sweet. Dustin was great to talk to and explained all the services very well. I don't know a lot about cars but Dustin was able to answer any questions that I had. Joseph, Andy, and Austin were also working on my car and they did a great job. It always amazes me to see how well they all communicate with each other while they work.
