The staff did a fine job. I'm not sure of any reasonable expectation I might have to make my experience better. The survey asks if the manger was introduced to me. They weren't, but neither did I expect it, nor would it make me feel like my service was any better as a result of meeting the manager. Changing my own oil is not complicated, but it is a hassle to remove the under-carriage cover, and also disposing of the oil afterward, so I find using Valvoline to be convenient.

Could not figure out how to open hood (2 people tried). Wife had to get out to show them. Argued with her that they completed checkilst and then argued between themselves as to who had done what. Realized that neither had done any checks on air, oil, air filter, etc… 4th graders could have done a better job

I specified that I wanted Valvoline 5W30 Full Synthetic High Mileage oil. I thought a Valvoline oil change facility would have that oil. The tech assured me it was available. But my receipt states that 5W30VFSB was put in my car. I believe that code means 5W30 Valvoline Full Synthetic Bulk. Disapointing!
