I was there pretty early, because this location seems to ALWAYS have a 20+ minute wait (very busy store). I was pleasantly shocked by not having to wait, and the staff was in a good mood, pleasant but not screwing around, and offered me everything that they were supposed to offer, without getting pissy when I turned things down. They were done quickly, and printed my reminder for 5000 miles instead of 3000 miles without argument. Very nice visit!

Did not tell me that they were changing my brake lights and then decided to charge me telling me it was a misunderstanding when no one told me they were doing that or charging me I was highly upset that and that my husband had just changed the brake lights the prior week. Another reason I know that they were not needed is that your blinker goes off very fast when there's a light going out going out on your car at least don't mind it does that's how I know that my brake lights or tail lights or headlights are out. They continue to go ahead and tell me they were going to take him out I did not want them to do that because I didn't know what they did and he's still going to charge me after saying it was a misunderstanding when I told him the young lady never asked me about my brake lights I was inquiring about wiper blades and I consistently asked her and told her that I was getting a conventional oil change which she replied yes I'm on disability I receive a check once a month I had a coupon so I know exactly what I was going to have to pay. I also came the day prior to get the pricing so that I know what I was looking at. This experience is really upset me
