Quick and friendly service. They explained that both lifts were down. No tire rotation could be done. I told them I would be back in a few days. Well they were waiting to have them Replaced. And had no anticipation for the date they would be installed . Shame on valvoline. Help the store out and get them their new lifts so they preform other services for customers.

I went to get my oil changed and I waited like 10 mins and when I pulled in the bay they told me that they was out of the synthetic oil. I asked when did they think they would have the oil back in stock. They stated they didn't know just whenever the truck comes in.
