My family has been using this oil change station for over 20 years if I had to guess. It is the only place that my mother ever had her oil changed in her Camry, and it is the only place I have had her oil changed since she passed away almost 4 years ago. On this particular date, I had my son run her car by there for me and he was there well over one hour and called me communicating an issue with the oil pan drain plug. Long story short, the workers at this location told him the oil pan drain plug threads were screwed up, but they did not want to accept the fact that they are the ones that screwed the threads up and tried to tell him (and even put on the receipt) that the threads were that way when they removed it from the oil pan… Which is something they would’ve had to due the last time the oil was changed there. With the fact that they were neglectful and not willing to accept any responsibility for the error, and offer to make sure it was fixed properly or offer to replace it and make sure there was no leaks, is inexcusable. I will be filing a formal complaint and I will be leaving appropriate reviews and making sure my 5000 social media friends are aware of this situation.
