When I arrived and waited in line a young man named "BEN" approached, greeted me and explained everything while also asking if there was anything I had in mind. The challenge was that my vehicle is diesel volkswagon. OOPS. They don't do diesel.However, Ben instructed me as to where I could get the proper oil and filter and he would be happy to do the install. I went to the place , got the parts and came back whereupon the team took care of everything including a couple of extras like a filter for my air conditioner. The lady who was basically in charge of my vehicle while it was being serviced did an awesome job of explaining what was going on. All in all, i will tell the world how great the valvoline team was.
