After my oil change, the next day, my oil light came on & said the oil in the car was at low and at 8%. They had not reset my car before leaving. And they no longer provide a sticker for my window as to next needed oil change milage wise.

I returned 2 days later after calling to inform the business that my oil could not be completed because of this issue, and someone told me to return, and they would take care of it. when I returned this issue was resolved, and everything was fine.

The employees would bounce around from one vehicle to another and I would be setting fur ten minutes or more wondering what was going on. Then when I asked for a paper receipt they went paperless but if I was a fleet member they could give me one. ???? Good thing my son had a printer so I could retrieve it..
