The store manager was very kind, and patient with me when I couldn’t figure out how to reset my odometer. One of the technicians was so thoughtful and found some extra lug nuts to fix my skid plate. He said that when I pulled in, the skid plate was barely hanging on. While getting my oil changed, Justin checked my in cabin air filter and found a mouse nest! He was more than happy to clean it out and put in a new filter. He also got a disinfectant wipe and cleaned out my glove box. I have never had such good service while getting my car worked on! Abbey was also very friendly as she guided me out and thanked me for coming. This is why I'll always go back to get my oil changed there.
