The service was quick and the staff explained things well. After leaving, I had an alert on my car due to oil pressure. I immediately returned to the store, concerned that they might dismiss my concerns (as the alarm had cleared by the time I returned). I was explaining the alarm, which happened again. The crew immediately jumped into action to address the alert and issue. I’m no time, the had the issue resolved and me on my way. While we don’t know what caused the alert, they made me feel comfortable in asking questions. I am from out of town, so they understood the importance of me feeling comfortable and confident leaving the store, continuing my travels.

We were directed to the 3rd bay, but all bays were available as we were supposedly next to pull in. After 15 minutes a 2nd car was directed to the bay next to us. A 3rd car was directed to the remaining bay. After about 5 minutes the 3rd car was pulled into their bay. The car next to us was pulled into their bay. And the car in our bay still had their hood open.We waited about 5 more minutes and then left as we were not being recognized and others seemed to be pulled in front of us.

I usually take my car there all the time for my oil change and everything is usually fine. I went this past Sunday and everything was going fine until I think they were training a new guy on my car and he showed me the dipstick for my oil after he had changed it and it showed half a quart low. After that one of his superiors doubled checked his work and also said it’s a half a court low you need to add more oil. Instead he shuts my hood and tells me I’m good to go. I then call him back over to my car and ask “hey didn’t she tell you to add half a court back into my car and he said yeah well I put what the computer said so you should be good to go”. So then I talk to another person and he check over the dudes work and he said my oil level is fine which it wasn’t. Moral of the story is the oil was half a court low and not everyone was on the same page about what appeared to be either fine or low
